Home birth and well-person services to clients in Colorado throughout Chaffee County, Gunnison county, Leadville, and Summit county including Breckenridge, Frisco, Alma, Fairplay, and surrounding areas.
My philosophy of care is continuous into the realm of in-person care. I believe this is a collaborative relationship with women, birthing people and their families at the center of decision making. Care is individualized to each person. My goal is to support families in finding quality information so they can make truly informed decisions around their care and birth plan.
I believe that:

The relationship between midwife and client is one of honesty, integrity, transparency, and trust.
Birthing people are the drivers of their decisions and experience. A person should be supported in coming to birth truly nourished in all ways, mental, emotion, and physical.
Full scope Midwifery:
In-home, comprehensive and individualized prenatal care through your entire pregnancy.
Routine prenatal labs/referrals to caregivers for outside services.
Labor and delivery support (including water birth and VBAC)
Extensive in-home postpartum visits & newborn exam
Breastfeeding support
In-home well-woman, well-person care including consultation, labs, pap smears, family planning and IUI services.
Placenta encapsulation
